Are you open for commissions for an original piece?

Yes! Always up for a commission as I love to co-create with the future owner of one of my pieces.

What if the poster(s) are delivered damaged?

Shit happens... But don't worry, just send us a mail at hello@thekids.eu with pictures of how it arrived and we'll send you a new one.

When will my shipment arrive?

Shipments within Germany currently take about 2 to 3 working days.

Shipments within the EU currently take about 5 to 6 working days.

Kindly note that due to the Corona situation there may be delays in delivery time in individual cases.

When will my shipment be sent?

Your shipment will be dispatched within 2 to 3 working days after your purchase. The parcel will be sent via DHL.

I want a bigger or smaller size of the poster than you are offering. Is that possible?

Currently we offer sizes 30x40, 50x70, 61x91, and 70x100cm for non-framed posters and 30x40, 50x70, 61x91cm for framed posters.

Feel free to reach out if you have a custom request.

Where will my order ship from?

We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide! 

What do I need to know about ordering internationally?

Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself. End recipient is responsible for these fees.

We highly recommend including your phone number in the order when ordering internationally - this will minimize the risk of an order being lost in transit and make delivery of the order smoother.

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address. 

● Ask your local post office if they have your package. 

● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them. 

Pro tip: Package theft is on the rise— ​ If you're expecting a home delivery and you know you won't  be home to accept it, use an address where you know you'll be! 

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at hello@thekids.eu with your order number. 

If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but  the new order would be at your expense.

How are your products made?

We work with a reliable, high-quality print-on-demand drop shipper. They have locations  worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility  that can do it most efficiently!

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at hello@thekids.eu.

What’s your return policy?

We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at hello@thekids.eu.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items.

Can I exchange an item for a different size?

At this time, we don't offer exchanges.
